At Turning, we regularly ask ourselves what it really means to be "customer driven". Of course the typical answer includes our sales people, customer service teams and everyone else at Turning being attuned to everything our customers want us to hear. Even more specifically our product and project managers seek out current and potential customers to gather opinions on current, new and upcoming products on everything from features and functions to usability in real world environment. Likewise, here in this blog, more than I want to communicate, I simply want to listen. I want to hear what you have to say about our company, our people and our products. I want to hear what frustrates you, what you wish you could do, and even occasionally what you love about our products. Mostly I want to listen to your valuable ideas on how I can help our company and products become better.
I am very proud of our entire team here at Turning and what they have accomplished. However, as they hear from me all the time, I am more convinced today than ever before that "we are just getting started". Please share with us where you think we should be going.
